Easy Vegan Brownies

Options
2 c. All purpose flour
2 c. Raw Sugar
3/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c. Brewed coffee (cooled)
1/2 c. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
1 c. Non-dairy semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Pour in coffee, oil, applesauce, vanilla extract and chocolate chips and mix until well combined. Pour batter into 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
