Sorry, I didn't scroll through all the past pages, but I'll back Goodbye Mr Chips, and I'm sure Dr Zhivago and West Side Story have already been listed.
But two that may not have been, both oldies: Brief Encounter, and The Red Shoes - they make me howl every time!

Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Parts 1 & 2. Not only is it an end of an era, <SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE/READ THE BOOKS DO NOT FINISH READING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>

but with the deaths of Dobby, Remus Lupin, Tonks, & Fred Weasley it always makes me tear up no matter how many times I've seen/read these scenes!

    I've got three:

The end of "Field of Dreams" where Kevin Costner plays catch with his dad. What I wouldn't give to play catch with my dad just one more time...

"Marley and Me" from where you can see Marley starting to slow down. Especially the scene where Owen Wilson has to put him down. I saw this in the theater with my daughter and tried to hide the fact that I was tearing up. I'd scratch my head and wipe my eyes with my sleeve as I brought my hand back down. She caught me, though. As we left the theater, she said, "Were you crying?" I said, "Ummmm...a little." She said, "Yeah, I saw you trying to hide it." :)

"Snoopy Come Home." I've always been a HUGE "Peanuts" fan, and this one gets me where Snoopy leaves to be with Lila, and then again towards the end when he comes back. Don't judge me.

    Any sad dog movie.

Also, not a movie. But there's a Fresh Prince of Bel Air episode where Will's dad leaves him for the last time in the series. Wow, gets me every time.
