I'm new on here it's my 3rd day!! Feels like I'm eating a lot just different healthier choices. Just wondering if anyone
usuing this tool here has any advise foods, helpful tips?! Also how much and how long you've been on it.

A little about me ?..I'm 40 yo female I weighed in at 190 would "like" to get to 140 but would be happy with 155.
