NSV! 4 weeks of Exercise!

You know how you will start a program and not make it through the week. I am the worst at that. I have Chalean Extreme and you have 3 weight training workouts a week. I had it for months and had never even done the 3rd weight lifting workout because I would be all excited on Monday, half hearted by Wed and doing nothing by Friday.

Well, I started again on Monday Jan 2nd and I have done the entire 1st month of the program! So Monday I get to start on phase 2!! I cannot believe that I actually did an entire month of the program!

I really do believe that 2012 will be my year!

Oh and I lost 12 pounds this month!!!
