HELP PLEASE!!!

i have lost nearly thirty pounds since last january and the past 2 months i have gained back some. This past week I seemed to have gained 5 more. With being careful. This is crazy! I have a wedding in 2 weeks and my gown barely fits. I know the bloating may be from a new pill i started but does anyone have any suggestions???? im going crazy here... eating well and exercising and i feel like im getting fatter each day. What foods should i eat and what exercise will help reduce my belly fat-which is my main area of concern right now...

    Just some thoughts... I know this can be so very frustrating. I had that happen over the holidays and when I went back to measuring everything and drinking more water it got better. I actually lost 3 lbs between Monday and Wednesday. Here are some things to think about: Are you weighing and measuring everything? Are you eating enough to keep your body out of starvation mode? Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water and limiting sodium? Are you getting enough fiber to keep everything moving through the system?

    I think when we are under stress (weddings will do that) our bodys tend to hold on to things (water and fat) because it can't distinguish between stress hormones that are released because of whats going on in our head vs illness or injury etc that might require those extra pounds to deal with.
