my guy is 6'5 an about 270. he wants to get down to about 210-220 but makes no effort like i am so if u figure out how to convince yours to join let me know

I had to get desperate before I got motivated. Had horrible back pain due to trapped nerve. Condition directly caused by my Obesity. Doc told me straight. I first thought of him as rude. But after sleeping over it I knew he was right.
