    Don't think this way! This is just years of feeling bad about yourself... you have succeeded, so be the first to totally appreciate what you've done and the fact that you're the same person in the package you were meant to have. You really do look great, and this is who you really are! You have a great smile & now you've completely reshaped your body, so revel in that and let the positive self-talk BEGIN.

    cant work out how to put pictures on even using BB code etc

    Use this bb code: [ img ] URL HERE [/ img ]

    Make sure to take out all the spaces and no capital letters or it won't work. YES that slash at the end will close the BB code and make the picture show up. Hope that helps!

    thanks everyone, i understand the bb code now, never had to use lowercase before mind you...
