Short-term goal.....

Something very important is happening in five weeks. Five weeks, 35 little days. I woke up this morning incredibly motivated. I told myself, "don't think about the five weeks, think about one meal at a time, one decision to move at a time." I can do anything for one time. It's the making that choice-the right choice over and over. What can I do to improve my health and to change my life in five weeks? I don't know yet, but just watch me find out!
