    Thank you for noticing my steps Dancing, and also for starting this step challenge. It helps to have a place to check in. Otherwise, I don't wear my counter, don't check my steps throughout the day and don't make the effort to fit in more steps during errands, shopping etc. Have a nice day. :smile:

    Your welcome! Before the step challenge here, my step counter gathered dust rather than steps. I now see crazy days at work where I am running around as opportunity for lots of extra steps :)

    At work, sometimes I will march in place to add steps. That is when no one is around.

    Do you ladies remove your counter during other exercise?

    I wear it if my exercise is going out for a walk, but prefer to remove it for other exercise like tennis or bike ride. My step goal is to have 10k steps in addition to my 30 minute exercise.
