Can't exercise tight now - any tips for eating?

Hey!
So, here's the thing. I have always relied on exercise when dealing with weight loss. It is easier for me to endure 30 minutes on a treadmill than even think about skipping something I really really want to eat. Plus, I have noticed that when I exercise regularly, I can control my appetite much easier. Exercising is just my thing.
But now I have spent around 2 weeks with practically no exercise and I have at least one week like that ahead of me because of a tail bone injury. Even walking and sleeping is still painful for me therefore exercise is pretty much out of question. I need to learn to control my appetite, cravings and everything else food related. Do you have any tips how to do it?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: and the title was supposed to say "right now" not "tight now", don't know how to change that

Log in your food everyday. Include everything. That is what I am doing. I am also recovering from a back injury and while I can exercise, I can only do 15mins at a time, it stinks.
I found my bad food patterns and changed it up to where I am making good choices for the most part. I still eat the same things & some I have eliminated or cut way back on.
For me, I TRY and have my meals around 300 calories each, breakfast, lunch and dinner. For whatever reason if I up my calories or FAT, I want to eat more. It is nuts.
So log, log, log, and see where you need to tweak.0
