                    Who takes them? Do you just rest from cardio or strength or both?

            I workout 6 days a week, alternating cardio and strength and need that rest day. It's important to let your body rest and recover. Your muscles need the chance to repair. Plus a rest way will reduce the chance on injuring your body.0
