So I normally only work once or twice a week. I am on my feet waitressing for 6-8 hours. I am wondering if and how I should log this. I am thinking I should log it somehow as it is out of my range of normal daily activity. I have MFP set to being somewhat active, but I would say that the days I work I am doubleing my activity leve.

What do you do on your off-days that you consider "somewhat active"?0

Day to day stuff, housework, groceries, dealing with kids. But I have a lot more down time. Not on my feet all day. I workout everyday but I log those hours...0

I would use the "lightly active" setting in your goals. It sounds to me like you fit the definition, and I would think it's less like you'll over count your extra activity that way.0
