Hi,
I joined up to lose a bit of weight, tone up and doing that by keeping track of my eating and exercise habits.My wife has used this site effectively for some time and I hope to use it (continuously) for a while.

I have a hard time keeping control of my sugar and protein intake and usually going over. Any ideas on how to keep under while still having a well rounded fruit and veggie intake?

Any support would be welcomed and appreciated.
