3 weeks in... No change. HELP

So I'm 3 weeks in and I'm struggling to make that scale move!!! For the past 3 weeks, I completely stopped drinking pop, I very rarely cheat, I consistantly stay with in my calories each day and I work out 6 days a week doing JM's 30 day shred plus 20 minutes on the elliptical in addition to that 3 days a week. The only thing I see going back and looking at my food diarys is that I need more protein and veggies. Any thoughts, tips, comments would be helpful

Sarah, have you been taking your measurements as well as reading the scale? Maybe you're losing inches and changing shape without moving the scale much...0
