3 weeks in... No change. HELP

So I'm 3 weeks in and I'm struggling to make that scale move!!! For the past 3 weeks, I completely stopped drinking pop, I very rarely cheat, I consistantly stay with in my calories each day and I work out 6 days a week doing JM's 30 day shred plus 20 minutes on the elliptical in addition to that 3 days a week. The only thing I see going back and looking at my food diarys is that I need more protein and veggies. Any thoughts, tips, comments would be helpful :(

    Sarah, have you been taking your measurements as well as reading the scale? Maybe you're losing inches and changing shape without moving the scale much...
