Do you get "Nekkid" and then weigh yourself...or do you do it with clothes on?
To me, your true weight is unclothed...so that's how I do it

I usually do it right after my business in the morning so I am usually wearing my knickers and tank, which really isn't much in the long run.0

yep- sans clothes in Am. When I weigh at my doc's appt. yearly- I don't stress if the weights don't jib.
It is with clothes and is later in the day after eating, etc.
Your accurate weight is doing the weighing: same time - same scales - same attire.
Regularity is to be achieved for accurate data collection.0 -
I don't have a scale, so I do it at the gym. Fully clothed.0
-
unclothed after using the restroom in the morning0
-
I do it either unclothed or in undies, for the same reason as others, because I weigh Friday mornings, while I'm getting ready and before I've eaten. It helps me stay consistent.0

I weigh in sans clothes. Usually after my morning shower routine..0
-
no clothes. my normal clothes add five pounds.0
-
Naked! I weigh in officially and unofficially every morning naked.
Sometimes throughout the day I weigh clothed to just "see", but I don't log those and by now I know how much my outfits weigh after a year and a half of doing it heh.0 -
Nekkid. When I'm going to the Dr's, I wear light-weight clothes and slip-off shoes.0
-
No clothes....always trying for any advantage I can0
-
Same as most of the above. Unclothed and first thing in the morning before I have my first cup of coffee, drink of water, or bite of food.0
-
Unclothed, and always first thing in the AM before breakfast and after a good pooh....:blushing:0

unclothed0

Underwear only.0

I guess it doesn't matter what you weigh in (or out of), as long as you are consistent. I go to WW so I actually weigh twice (I believe in knowing more than once a week how I am doing!), clothed at WW (for consistency I have weighed my clothes and have three combinations that weigh within 0.1lb of each other!) and without a stitch on at home. I do of course, track the weights separately.0

Nekkid!0

I weigh with no clothes, first thing in the morning, after I go to the bathroom, every Monday0
-
naked, after my morning pee/dump - hell, I'll even comb my hair, clear my throat and blow my nose it it means I lose a little more weight0
-
No clothes before shower.0

No scale here, so I only check at the docs, or when I'm at someones house and they have a scale in the bathroom and I can sneak on.
I guess if you are concerned about the numbers, then consistency matters.
The only number I'm worried about is the one on the inside of my pants, and I just had to buy a belt!0 -
I am usually clothed, especially in the winter and my scale is downstairs in the kitchen, although if you have the option, I would go for nekkid!0
-
every Saturday, first thing in the morning unclothed so I know my true progress.0
-
As long as it's the same for each weigh in then you are seeing accurate results!0
-
Nekkid, first thing in the morning.0
-
T-shirt and undies.0
-
boxers only.0

Well, since I don't have a scale at home, I have to weigh in whenever the opportunity arises. I do take my shoes off, and try to be in pretty much the same clothes when I know I'm going to the doctor though.0
-
nude0

Depends on who is home. If its just me and my roommate then its naked, but on weekends there is too much of an audience so I put on my tmnt boxers and a tank.0
-
first thing in the morning for sure! that is when you are your true weight. right after i go to the bathroom, no clothes0
