Home and really want to snack

Hi all,
Weekends seem to be really hard for me. I work full time and am also in school. My Sundays always consist of sitting on the couch, doing homework. I find that I mindlessly eat while I'm doing this just as a break from studying or out of pure boredom. Any tips on how to stop this bad behavior. I'm having a really hard time.
Thanks for any help in advance!

Smart Popcorn! 100 calories, hot from the microwave, can add seasoning - and can eat by the fist full - no damage done, very satisfying for those "need to munch" moments.0

Greek yogurt sweetened with fruit or splenda is a good snack. So is an apple and peanut butter. Anything high in protein and low in carbs is a good snack. Tuna and crackers are good too. Smart Popcorn (like the above poster said) is also a healthy low calorie snack.0

Make your snacks count! Keep sliced fruit and veg at hand, dip em in yogurt. If you need salty, set out a small dish of peanuts, don't grab the whole jar.
Snacking is not a bad thing. Eating is not the devil. Just fuel yourself with da good stuff!0
