So i this thing i found was great.
You need to get whole grain, toasted, then put garden vegetable cream cheese & put .5 of a cup of cucumbers on top. It is amazing. & its not even that many calories & it still fills me up (:

    That sounds yummy. Yesterday I heated a multigrain flatbread and used weight watchers cream cheese with thin sliced roma tomato and red onion. Also excellent!
