Bad weekend of food.

I have had a bad weekend of eating and drinking beer. Lots of friends over to play cards and boy did I munch.
Oh well, tomorrow is a new day. Thank God I exercised 5 days this week.

    you are allowed a treat every once in a while! at least you know you have eaten foods etc that are not so good and have exercised to cover it.

    It was a weekend, not a lifetime. Get back on the horse and don't berate yourself. Move forward! We all have our backslides.
  • Don't worry, same here!! We all have slip ups - think about it, however much weight one can gain/lose, it was NOT over a weekend or even a week! It was over a long period of time! In fact this will shock your body and motivate you more! Make yourself more determined than before! I'm telling myself to take it one day at a time now!
  • ive had a terrible weekend- eating wise. & this just made me feel better!

    Monday. Back on track today. Hoping to eat below calories allowed. Hope everyone had a decent day.
