I have been tracking for over 2 years now and guess what. I never reach my calories and I've gained 30 lbs. Since January I have increased but still not meeting. I will meet my calories staring today. I exercise 5 days a week with a heart rate monitor and burn approx 3000 calories a week. I know this adds to my calorie problem but I just don't feel good if I don;t exercise. Please give me the strenght to eat all my calories without being afraid Note to self you're not losing by not eating!.

Only you can do it. Depends on how much you want it. Healthy eating and portion control is key. Make small changes you will be able to live with forever. Even a small change can make a big difference in the long run. It's not a race. Welcome and good luck.0

Think of it this way;
Without enough fuel going in, that furnace is going to burn out. It's as simple as that.0
