Couch to 5k run

I plan on starting the Couch to 5k run today and was wanting to know how I would log it ...Thanks! :bigsmile:

Hi, I started yesterday - there is a thread running for support.
I did a bit of mats to work out how many walk / run transitions I did, and then logged the time I ran and the time I walked including the warm up and cool down walks.

I've just completed week 1 of C25k! I worked it out as 8 minutes of running (put it down as one of the jogs on the exercise tracker), and 22 mins of brisk walking. I'm even looking forward to week 2 next week to see if I can do it0

Just curious, how many calories is mfp logging for you guys on C25k then? Mine's been worked out to 226 calories for the 30 minute week 1 sessions...0
