Healthy Fats?

I'm always low on my fat and proteins - I eat apples and bananas and rice all day. Every time I try to introduce healthy fats, I go over my calorie count. Any suggestions for adding in healthy fats? They're so small for so many calories!

try almonds,,,,excellent snack and good fat0 -
eating 3 foods- any 3 foods- all day is not a good plan, nor is it healthy, no matter how healthy those individual foods may be.
for good fats try: nuts, seeds, eggs, salmon, olive oil, avacado, peanut butter
for protein try: poultry, red meat, eggs, dairy products, nuts, lentils, beans, fish0 -
I know this is going to sound elementry, but oh well.
Remove some of the fruit, and some of the rice, and replace them with any/all of the choices already in this post. Fat is necessary, as is protein. Carbs alone just don't cut it.0 -
Rice seems to fill up the calories quickly - I think there's less calories in 4 oz of chicken breast than 1/2 cup rice...just going from memory haven't looked. Sounds like you should try replacing some of what you are eating with other stuff and expanding the scope of what you're eating. Variety also will help eliminate boredom.0
