Help! I am so bored... New work out ideas needed.

Alright, here's the deal. I just got home from school for my break and I don't have a gym membership here. So I am trying the best I can to workout with what I have but I am really getting bored with what I've come up with. Please help me with any ideas you might have!
I have:
A treadmill that is permanently at it's highest incline.
Jump Rope
Stairs
Dumbbells (All sorts of different weights)
10lb Med. Ball
Yoga ball (those large blow up ones, not sure what they're called)
Yoga mat
Bench press (I don't have anyone who can spot me)
Pull Up Bar (can't do a pull up yet though)
There is the whole outside too, but it's currently winter and I'm in MN so I would prefer not go outside on most days.
