What to eat/drink after lifting

So I have been doing more strength training than I normally do, and i was wondering what I should eat or drink after lifting. I have heard a lot of different things, from granola bars to chocolate milk to banana/peanut butter sandwiches, and I would like to know which foods would be best for increasing muscle and making me stronger. Would love some ideas from you guys on here! :happy:
