I'm cooking a pork tenderloin and in the mix I'm cooking it with there is red wine...how do I account for this when I'm logging? There is a cup of red wine, but it's not like I'll be consuming it, is just cooking in that much, anyone know?

I have the same question. I love to add wine to my crock pot stews and pot roast. I'm not sure what cooks off and what I consume.0

I'd just log it as an ingredient and take it as some wiggle room, it's not like you can really compare the starting weight and final weight of the wine still in the pan as some of it will absorb, some will evaporate during cooking, depending how much you're using it shouldn't be that big of a calorie difference anyway, I mean using a bottle would be but one glass?0
