the big thing will be whether the syrup was sugar free or not.... if not, it wont be alot less than that.

you usually have to specify in costa that when you say skinny you mean the syrup sugar free too, and always ask for one pump, the sugar free is VERY strong.

    :) love me some costa.

defo was skinny and sugar free sauce, and it was sooooo good!
I've looked on there site and can't seem to find it either, only the hot drinks, I'd of said some where around the 300mark on cals, but really wanted to check.

Usually stick to warm drinks when it's so cold but my partner had one last week and I tried his, so I had to have one of my own haha
  • I love costa too... lovely place to relax, read or meet with friends

s'all about the points card. Love a free one!

Hmm, maybe take their sugar free syrup shot count, and a medium skinny iced coffee and add together?

It's our usual sunday treat after doing the tesco shop lol Coffee and a a tiffin for the man and usually just a coffee for me, do like that breakfast loaf though. Got to love the christmas drinks too, also love starbucks, but there isn't one very close to me.

I'll mark it down with a shot and a iced coffee , thanks :)
