I don't see much of a difference. Before pic was on November 29th, and the after pic was January 29th.

There is a noticeable difference, great job.

Try doing measurements every 2 weeks or so, I"m sure it will help . Sometimes I feel nothing to much is happening then I measure and surprise, there's a loss all right.
Great effort.

Oh, yeah!!! I most definitely see a difference. Sometimes it's hard for us to notice a change until it's drastic because we're looking at ourselves every single day.

there is a huge difference in your hips hun... don't get discouraged your doing it and even if you have a hard time seeing it ...we all do so keep it up!

for me it's really easy to cheat with measurements lol though i do take them.

I completely understand when you say that you can't see much difference, to everyone else there is a massive difference, hips, waist and face much smaller, fantastic job in a short period of time!! To you, you will have an image in your head of what you want to be like so its hard to see any changes as you waiting to see what you want to see. But don't worry everyone else can see it keep up the good work xx

my phone was in the way of my jawline lol. a lot of people say that they can really tell in my face which is where i see it the most too.
