I've always struggled with my weight. I promise not to lie to myself anymore. This is where things start to become clear for me. Yes I know that I am not off to the greatest start, but we all have to start somewhere right?

I refuse to let myself fade into the background anymore. I will fight for this.

Haha, this is very intense for a intro post, yes? Oh well.
I'm a student at a university in Alberta and I'm excited to start this journey.
