There is a podcast set up for C25K. It includes different music each week AND tells you when to walk or run.

    http://www.c25k.com/podcasts.htm

    They are really helpful.

I run to talk radio, mostly because I tend to match my footsteps to the music and I can't get a consistent rhythm going by listening to music. It engages my mind so I don't think about how long I've been there. =P

    check out www.jog.fm

A great website for running playlists- you tell them what genre music you like and how fast you want to run and they give you a playlist of songs at that pace.
  • My playlists are public on spotify under 'stolenusername'.
