    I like a handful of dried cherries. They are very sweet and satisfying when you need that sweet taste after a meal or mid day snack. They are also good mixed with some almonds for a little healthy protein.

    VIACTIV Calcium chewables. I need the calcium and they taste yummy. Chocolate Viactiv chewables taste like Tootsie Rolls and the carmel flavor taste like butter toffee. I eat one or two after lunch and dinner, and they really cure the cravings for sweet. :love:

    I eat 10 60% cocoa Ghirardelli chocolate chips after lunch and dinner as a treat. For a snack later in the evening, I often have a bowl of Cheerios with 1% milk and sweeten it with half Splenda and half Sugar in the Raw.

    Mini Cheesecakes made with greek yogurt (I use Greek Gods honey strawberry), sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla almond milk, crust made from chocolate graham crackers and smart option "butter" spread.

    Make them in cupcake pans... 82 calories each (54 if you don't use flavored yogurt) drizzle with zero calorie chocolate syrup.

    Rich, creamy, easy and YUM!
