so though i've been pretty good at keeping to my daily calories , i get most of them from carbs
i never get my daily protein or fat that mfp recommends and i know its important. i;m not a fan of protein shakes or bars or stuff , so what food is naturally high in protein?? i eat meat , eggs, beans , dairy , and soy milk on a pretty regular basis but i still cant get the required amounts which is frustrating. help?

try more nuts since you could also use a little bit more healthy fats. Peanuts, almonds...
Also canned tuna and chicken0
