So no sugar cravings, no salt cravings, but I've got this hankering craving that won't go away (weeks on end now) for cheesy, tomato saucy, ooey-gooey something-er-other. Anyone have any fixes for that? I'm thinking of playing w/ melting down some of my laughing cow light bonbel cheese things....but from there I have a brain fart. Help!

get yourself an english muffin, flatout, or a pita and make yourself and ooey-gooey cheesy pizza! I do this all the time when i have a pizza craving. Bake your pizza for 5-10 minutes and voila craving satisfied!:flowerforyou:

    ENJOY!

    how about roasted tomatoes

cut a tomato in half, brush on some calorie wise italina dressing, some basil , grill till skin starts to bubble and then add some cheese till it melts, yummy and delicious and almost no calories, we do these for a side for dinner all the time

I get the same cravings myself. Try weight watchers smart ones three cheese ziti. It is very good and full of cheese. Pretty sure it has 320 calories which is okay for a lunch or a dinner!!!!!!!

    I just had that craving!!

I made a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato slices for lunch - it was great - used low cal everything and i think it was all less than 250 calories.

    DELISH!!

tomatoe sauces and salsa are very low cal. I would do a breakfast burrito with egg whites, salsa, hot sauce, and low fat cheese string or shredded cheese. mmm. also if you have the calories something like a pizza pop really isn't that bad if you need the fix lol

edit: also tofu shirataki noodles (40 cals a pack) with low fat shredded cheese and tomatoe sauce, yum! but actually I have a food sensitivity to tomatoes so it makes me sick after eating it, but tastes good at the time!
