Just had a fabulous mediterranean style dinner-complete with full fat cheeses, slices of a wonderful rosemary baguette, yummy dip for my asparagus, a glass of wine, homemade chocolate pudding (no box!) and heavy-cream laden whipped cream. All within my calorie goal (1200 base plus only 111 exercise calories)... and no, this was not my only meal today!!
Eating fabulous, tasty, healthy, chemical-free foods does not have to equal high calories
