Effective workouts for pear shaped ladies ;)

Hey guys, we all have our trouble areas. Mine are my bum hips, thighs, calves and lower tummy. I will always have a bigger circumference in my lower half and Im ok with that. But they're so jiggly beyond belief and I am really hoping to get some nice toned legs this year.

I wanna know which excersises, or even excersise machines at the gym are best for girls with the same problem as me. I know we can't target train but I know that things can still be improved.

I do a lot of dancing, I do zumba too and swimming. These are all body workouts but all I can see is an improvment in my waist, face and shoulders ( not that that's a bad thing ;) )

    Squats and lunges combined with weights. Gillian Michael's also has a Killer buns/ thighs DVD if that sounds like something u might be interested in
