Shakeology calories

Does anyone out there ever do the Shakeology fitness DVDs from Beach Body? Any idea approximately how many calories it burns for a female, both the 30 and the 50? I don't have a bodybugg to count it for me . . . . thanks . . . .

    calories burned is going to be different for each person. All depends on age/weight/heart rate. Do you have a heart rate monitor? You can track it on there or you can google a calorie counter and it can give you a rough estimate
