I was curious how long are the workouts and what type of equipment do you need?
Also what/where did you find you saw the biggest results with her program (weight loss, build muscle, more in specific area's?)
I am at goal weight and looking to tone (especially abs, thighs, butt)

The strength portions are about 30 minutes. There are two other workouts that are around 30-45, and a 20 minute stretch/yoga one. The point of CE is to lift heavy, so you will need some heavy weights. I used 5-30lbs when I did it, I have the bowflex adjsutable weights which are awesome. I honestly did not finish it, as I really dislike heavy lifting. I want to try it again though. the only thing I noticed was my legs were getting too bulky I felt, so if I did it again I would use maybe just 20-30 lbs total when doing the lower body stuff. Lots of people have had good results though!0
