Hi ladies.

I just gave birth 2 months ago, I'm dying to get back in shape again. I was pretty active before my pregnancy, exercising 3 to 5 times a week. But when I got pregnant, the sedentary lifestyle begun.

I started out with 115 lbs and I ended up 152 lbs. After two months, I am 136 lbs. Are there any other moms out there who have any tips on how to begin this daunting task of getting back into shape. Thanks
