Does anyone know if the cups of water on this app is 8 oz. I strive for 1/2 my weight in oz per day. I drink at least on 16 oz glass of water during the night, I'm new on this site and should count that water

    not 100% sure but unless it says otherwise i would assume a "cup" is the equivalent to the measuring cup so 8 oz :-)

    1 cup = 8 oz. If you wanted you could consider each "cup" as a half gallon. MFP doesn't use water stats for anything,
