Monday: Grilled Cod, green beans (from garden)
Tuesday: Italian Marinated Grilled Chicken, roasted broccoli with nutritional yeast
Wednesday: Egg scramble (Mushrooms, spinach, laughing cow cheese), 2 slices turkey bacon, roasted broccoli with nutritional yeast
Thursday: Homemade chili (turkey), baked potato, greek yogurt
Friday: left overs if any OR Large salad with protein
Saturday: Cookout with family (taking turkey hotdogs and raw veggies)
Sunday: Homemade black bean dip, Veggie & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, greek yogurt, grilled boneless skinless chicken

I always make enough for 4 people ( it is just me and my hubby) so we have leftovers for lunch the next day.
This is what is planned. Sometimes we just have a bowl of oatmeal, cold cereal or egg scramble. Depends
on the day and how hungry we were that day.

Wow Dusty, your going to eat the same thing everyday for the next month? I thought I was bad. Lol. Jk! I usually eat the same thing 2-3 times in a 10 day period. It does make cooking easier. I do have the same thing every nightfir dinner though.

Ok, so we don't eat big dinners here. Never have. Well not since having kids. Before kids I could eat 2,500 and not gain much weight. Lunch is our big meal.

So here's this weeks lunch menu..
Parmesian noodles with fried (fake) chicken
Choplet casserole (another fake meat) served on rice
TVP burgers with sweet potatoes fries
    Stirfry and egg rolls
    Baked potatoes
    Speghetti

So our dinners are like this ...
Kids: cold cereal and toast or tortilla rollup with pbj or Nutella.
Me: Whey protein shake with banana, strawberry, low fat yogurt, pb2 powder, flax meal
Hubby: whatever he feels like pulling out of the cabnet. Hope to get him on board with me soon!!!

Sorry for any typos...on my phone.
Don't normally eat like this, i'm on a keto diet and am only allowed 5% of my cals from carbs. Eating the same things day in and out will keep me from accidentally eating too many carbs and throwing my body out of ketosis.

    Everyone's plans sound so yummy!

    Monday- Chicken paninis (skinnytaste)
Tuesday- Pizza and salad(we're both craving it so I figure we better do a slice or 2 before we eat the whole thing)
    Wednesday-Chicken and Broccoli casserole
    Thursday- Thai beef noodle bowl
    Friday- open for leftovers ;-)
    Saturday- Ribs and sweet potatoes
Sunday- A Turkey- we're starting a new SB tradition, a turkey with some healthier sides and then we'd be okay to snack on veggies. And next week's menu will have lots of turkey recipes!!

We do our menu for Friday - Thursday because we grocery shop Friday nights, so part of our menu is already gone. We usually take one day off per week from cooking. Everything we cook serves at least 4 so leftovers are the following day's lunch.

    [Saturday] - Mini Lasagnas
[Sunday] - Broccoli & Bowtie Pasta (Farfalle)
    Monday - Chicken Caesar Wraps
    Tuesday - Tacos
    Wednesday - Veggie Stir Fry
    Thursday - Protein Waffles

When I grocery shop, I always plan five dinners. This way I know I'm going to hopefully stay on track for five days out of the week: This week:
Chicken Lasagna Rollups (they weren't that great)
    Beef Stirfry
    Chicken with Shake n' Bake
    Meatloaf
    Chicken Stirfry

I wasn't very inspired this week as you can see, but I often find great recipes on skinnytaste.com, foodgawker and pinterest.

Monday: Steak Nachos or Burritos (still undecided). We are using a copy cat Qdoba marinade for the steak.
Tuesday: Parmesan Tilapia and sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Cheese Ravioli in pesto sauce and garlic bread
Thursday: Chicken Piccata or Chicken Frances (both from skinnytaste) with a side dish.
Friday: Baked Salmon and sweet potatoes

The weekend is still up in the air. We are getting a new foster dog on Saturday so I don't know how much time we will have to cook.

    This week, it's:

Monday: Sweet & Sour Chicken with baked crab rangood
Tuesday: chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese (it's the 8-year-old's pick night)
    Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Corn & Bacon Chowder w/ 7-Up biscuits
    Friday: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
    Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: white chicken enchiladas with chips & salsa

I try to still fix "normal" meals for dinner for my family and add veggie/fruit sides, healthy substitutions, etc. I have smaller portions or fix healthier versions of the meals for us all to enjoy.

I'm a working college student, so it's usually whatever is quick and easy. I currently have corned beef in the slow cooker (which is torture to smell when you're home all day), and I'll probably just change up the sides for the next few days (carrots tonight, snap peas tomorrow, baked potato on Wed., etc.) I don't really know how to cook, so I just try to keep it simply and highly unlikely to catch on fire.

I know tonight's dinner, still haven't made our menu yet. I try and make it for about 2 weeks so I don't have to think of what to make each day.

    Today's dinner is:
    Homemade Whole Wheat Pancakes
Scrambled Eggs (mine will have spinach in them)
    Fresh Fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes)

I'm trying to do a Meatless Monday and this is what I came up with at the last minute.

Monday: Chicken/mushrooms, peas, and pasta with a cheese sauce (made with greek yogurt). I probably won't have the chicken because I don't eat meat very often, but I try to make it for my husband occasionally.

Tuesday: Stir-fried veggies with rice and carrot-miso soup.

Wednesday: Homemade tortillas with black beans, tomatoes, onions, salsa and sour cream.

Thursday: Seitan burger (for me, but beef burger for my hubby), smashed potatoes and asparagus.

Friday: No idea! I keep one day clear on my meal plan for restaurants, leftovers, surprise plans, whatevs.

Saturday: Falafel, pita and a spinach salad.

Sunday: Veggie tikka masala and naan.
