Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forums, but I have been using the app for a wee while.
I've been trying to loose weight for several years, at my heaviest I was 120kg but I'm now down to 105kg.
My target weight is 80kg, and these last 25kg are even harder to loose than the first 15kg.
The things that are slowing me down is the shifts I work (working for the NHS as a Radiographer in a hospital with a busy A&E) and poly cystic ovaries.
So any tips for those with experience of either and weight loss will be great fully received!
