I'm at goal weight, but my stomach and back are not very muscular compared to my arms and legs. What can I do to build up a bit of abdominal muscle? I do crunches, reverse crunches, leg lifts, planks and press ups, but I need something more hardcore. Is there any core specific weight training I can do?

I am not looking to lose fat or get a six-pack, I just want to get stronger.

Crunches whilst holding a weight plate behind your head will help with strength plus you can always add in more core exercises like window wipers, V ups etc to mix it up abit.
If you have any way to do inverted sit ups that would really help too...

Where you store your weight is genetic in nature. If you have fat in your torso, the only wan to get rid of it is by a calorie deficit and patience. Sounds like you're doing plenty of exercise, you simply need to lose the fat.

    You cannot spot reduce fat.

I don't want to reduce my BF. I just want to be stronger in that area.

Thanks. I do V-sits but they kill me! I should probably do more.
