P90X/Insanity Hybrid Workout

Day 1 of my program and let me tell you...my arms were still shaking in the shower after. My first DVD was Chest and Back which was mostly push ups and pull ups and I was dying. I had to find ways to do them the best I can at my weight will modifaction of some of the moves. Plus instead of pull ups you can use the bands which works in my opinion just as well...I really couldn't believe I didn't burn more calories. When I put it in and realized how long it was I freaked out but it flew by and all of a sudden you made it. More to come...90 days to get under 200 or bust!!!
