Hi! I'm 37, have two kids under 4 and work full time. I already lost 66 lbs and would like to lose 20 more. I work out hard 6 times a week (since December) and have been great at logging my food and exercise since I joined MFP..
I am looking for some friends who may have some things in common so that we can encourage each other, share ideas, etc. .
Special challenges I face:
Restricted diet- I can't have dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, seafood or shellfish
No thyroid (cancer survivor)
Trouble zone: My middle! Always had a belly- after 2 almost 10 lb babies (both c section)- it's pretty bad!
Hmmm, I think that's me in a nutshell- anyone want to be friends? :flowerforyou:
