Hi Everyone,

I started originally on MFP last March and lost about 20 pounds, I had a great support system on MFP and then summer came and I went on a two week vacation and kind of slacked off being off routine for two weeks. Was still logging on, but not logging foods. September I experienced a pretty hard thing that not everyone can say that they have had to go through. it has been really tough for me personally and it was all I could do to get up and get dressed everyday....let alone try and regain traction on MFP, I had bigger fish to fry. It was a struggle and I came back last week and found a good portion of my friends are gone and I have spent a week on here and have had one friend commment and "root" me on for the week. I need a little more than that I know this is in my court and that I have to do this for me, but a little encouragement can go a long way. I am looking to add some new friends to keep the mojo going. I am still javing a hard time with gettign back into an excercise routine but I am taking one day at a time. I LOVED Turbo Fire, but just can't seem to stay on the "highway" long enough before "taking an exit" earlier than I should. I have also have a membership to our local gym and seem to target to get there three times a week and have been going atleast twice a week since Jan 3rd. I just need friends that are excited and can push me and get my excitement back......

I have about 19 - 25 pounds more to lose!

Any takers?????
