Hi Everyone

I joined this site back last year with every good intention. Unfortunately I became ill straight after and was diagnosed with an inflammatory arthritis which affected almost every joint in my body. Finally a year down the line and after t 6 months of meds I am now actually feeling like I can make a start on my journey.

Would love to get to know anyone who is willing to stop by... I need all the support I can get!
