Is that a normal weight loss? Low weight loss?

I lost 3.2 in 30 days. Then a couple days later I lost the other .8
If you lose it slowly it's less likely that it will come back.0 -
Definitely normal. I lost 4.4 lbs in 30 days.0

1lb a week is a healthy weight los, so 3lb in 30 days is great.0

Its just so hard for me because when i 1st started here, i lost 18 lbs, barely working out, and kinda watching what I ate. Now i workout every single day, hard and watch everything i eat and nothing is happening. Its getting depressing. I know for me its more of a lifestyle change, and i know this isn't going to stop me, im just getting very discouraged.0

I've been having the same problem.. But one thing to remember is that muscle weighs more than fat! So while you might still be losing fat, it won't show up on the scale because you're replacing it with muscle :] I've been trying to only weigh myself like every 2 weeks and instead basing my weight loss on how well my clothes fit. Great job though on losing the weight!0 -

Are you noticing a change in your body, tone, or the way your clothes fit? If you are really watching it and working out everyday you should be noticing a difference. Also changing up the work out sometimes helps, lifting weights, etc. Your body gets used to the work out and then automatically finds the easiest way to do it, so a workout that helped you loose in the beginning is now burning less calories. Good luck!! Try to focus more on your health and revived energy instead of the lbs!0 -
I have noticed a complete change in my body and i wish i would have done measurements or pics to truly know, but all i know is i can finally feel my hips (with a little fat there) when i couldn't before, plus my hour glass figure is actually starting to look like an hour glass again and not a mason jar. I just hate the whole "gaining muscle" excuse. It gets old and i dont know how much of that is true0

I actually forgot from when i started MFP a while back that i was actually about one pound lighter after i woke up, ate, used the bathroom and got ready for the day, about 2-3 hrs after waking up. I just re-weighted myself and i actually did drop a pound. :happy:0
