Would any of you be able to look at my food diary and tell me what you think? The weekend was rough, but all last week was to a T. My weight is spot on, but I really want some definition. I'm not sure if I'm lacking the proper amount of weight or if it's the food or calories. Any advice?

    I think your diary looks really good, if anything you could up your protein. To build muscle you have to make sure that you get enough.
