Help!
I broke my clavicle on Friday and need to just rest and relax...
The problem is, i don't want the rest of my body and muscles to suffer because my upper right area needs to stay still.
Is there anyone who knows of any exercises that would be beneficial to helping keep the rest of me from becoming mush?
I was doing good with the 30DS, riding my bike and walking, working my way up to jogging when weather is good.
I can't jog as that'll move the shoulder too much, even sit ups would (although reverse crunch is okay), but i need more than that!
Eeeep!
I also fear for snacking while i can't do anything for a few weeks :(

Anyone have any ideas/been through this and made it?

Thanks guuuuuys :D

Can you try a stationary bike? Or even leg machines at the gym? Walking will probably hurt for a bit so wait on that until you're feeling better.

I know how the broken collar bone feels, it's awful. I hope you feel better real soon. :)

I second the stationary bike suggestion. It helped me lose weight while I had a broken foot.

It will probably be the least stressful to your injury.

Be careful on the stationary bike. Unless you can keep your upper body totally still, it will likely still twinge.
