Hi everyone!
I joined My Fitness Pal about two weeks ago, and I must say these two weeks have been great. I feel really motivated and really proud of myself for trying to lose weight.
I'm a full time second year undergrad at Columbia University and I've always thought I would never have time to work out and lose weight. But not anymore! ...Well I still don't have time, but I force myself to put time aside because this is something I really want to do.
Feel free to add me and say hi (especially if you're also a student trying to lose weight...I'd love to hear your story, tips on diet and exercise, etc.)
