Leslie Sansone WATP- How would you track it in your exercise

Ok gang, I started doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the pounds DVDs again. I've been doing the lower pace ones and yesterday I found the 5 mile Fat Burning Work dvd that was stashed away for years in my collection! Anyway, how do you track the exercise you use. For this one, I've used the Walking, Brisk pace 3.5 mph and tracked how many minutes I did it for since it's pretty brisk for me and you "walk" a mile every 12 minutes. I'm a bigger girl so it gives me a good workout.

Any thoughts on what "kind" of exercise you'd track it with or do you think my "Walking, brisk pace 3.5mph" is a good choice?

Thanks in advance!
Verna

I love love love WATP. I usually log it as "Walking, 4.0 mph, very brisk pace" since it is one mile every 12 minutes. I'm sure it is not exact, but that seems the most accurate to me.
