I've found this website to be helpful with trying to get into weight lifting. When I first started I would sort of stare at the weights, not sure what to do. The people are stick people, I know, but you can put them in motion to see HOW to do the exercise. I personally can not read about an exercise and figure out what the heck they are telling me to do! Plus, there are tons of choices all here in one spot. Makes for easy planning and mixing things up a bit.

I was a little intimidated at first, but now I say 'Who cares, move over guys, here I come!'

I can see that. I was a little hesitant at first, just watch everybody else from the cardio equipment, do what they did! Also, I found people were helpful if I needed it.
